Welcome to the Stonefields Extension Group (SFX), an opportunity for members of our main choir to delve into a more advanced musical experience. As a member of the SFX Choir, you'll have the chance to perform more technically challenging pieces. With this in mind we require a certain level of commitment and skill to be a member of this group. The requirements and expectations are detailed here:

. **Memorization of Music:**
   - Dedicate time to learn both the notes and lyrics, as all performances with SFX are expected to be delivered from memory.

2. **Openness to Feedback:**
   - Embrace constructive and individual feedback during SFX sessions, as personal feedback is crucial for individual growth within the group.

3. **Rehearsal Attendance:**
   - Attend at least 80% (8) of each term's rehearsals to maintain the cohesion and quality of our performances. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to step down from the SFX group and you will be ineligible to request to rejoin the SFX group until the start of the following year, additionally you must attend 2 out of 3 rehearsals leading up to any performance and failure to do so will mean you will be unable to perform with SFX in that performance.

4. **Voice Assessment:**
   - Be open to the possibility of a voice assessment conducted privately with our choir leader, either before joining or at any point during your membership of SFX.

5. **Stepping Down:**
   - Understand that if, at any point, it is determined that you are no longer suitable for SFX, you maybe asked to step down. In such cases, we will gladly refund any remaining balance of the term fee.
